1. Corporate Identity & Standard Disclaimers

Stoneraven Strategic is a private, independent strategic advisory, platform architecture, and procurement auditing firm. The information, analysis, and commentary provided on this website, in public forums, or via digital media channels are for informational, educational, and strategic tracking purposes only. Nothing contained herein constitutes formal legal counsel, certified public accounting (CPA) auditing, or binding investment advice. Clients and prospective entities are strictly advised to consult with their own dedicated legal compliance teams regarding specific statutory obligations.

2. Campaign Finance & PAC Alignment (FEC / OGEC)

Stoneraven Strategic operates in strict conformity with federal and state election laws, including the statutory frameworks governed by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC).

  • All capital procurement structures, including our standard 5.0% Capital Realization Premium (CRP) on contributions of $1,000.00 or greater, are assessed as professional consulting fees for platform architecture, executive introductions, and infrastructure development.

  • In compliance with ORS Chapter 260 and federal alternatives, these fees are structured to respect all individual and corporate contribution limits, source prohibitions, and independent expenditure guardrails. Stoneraven Strategic does not directly handle, hold, or route political contributions; all capital must flow directly into the client's vetted, compliance-monitored banking depository.

3. Lobbying and Administrative Advocacy Disclosures

Pursuant to ORS 171.725 through 171.785, Stoneraven Strategic carefully monitors its activities to distinguish between strategic business consulting, natural resource risk tracking, and active legislative lobbying. To the extent that any engagement triggers statutory definitions of "lobbying" or "influencing executive or legislative action" at the state or federal level, Stoneraven Strategic maintains timely, transparent registrations and files all required expenditure reports with absolute accuracy.

4. Non-Circumvention, Proprietary Architecture & Trade Secrets

The frameworks, messaging matrices, demographic segmentation systems (including proprietary Non-Affiliated Voter target models), and professional executive donor networks developed by Stoneraven Strategic constitute protected intellectual property and trade secrets.

Any unauthorized reproduction, cloning, or commercial use of our structural methodologies is strictly prohibited. All corporate introductions are governed by a mandatory 24-month non-circumvention window from the date of introduction, legally binding clients to standard realization fee structures for any subsequent capital allocation.

5. Third-Party Links & External Digital Media

This portal contains links to external publications, economic data sources (e.g., Office of Economic Analysis, Portland Business Journal, USDA/NRCS updates), and digital media applications. Stoneraven Strategic asserts zero corporate ownership over external trademarks or intellectual property cited within our research briefs. Links are provided solely as verifiable data reference points to maintain absolute procurement realism and analytical transparency.
